There are a variety of companies on the internet providing on-line meetings, webinars and teleconferencing services.  After spending a considerable amount of time investigating all the different options I went with Xiosoft as there is a listen via the web feature which allows your clients in Australia to listen for free to the live event.   There are a few 'free' services that are available but your client has to call a nnumber in  America to listen 'live' or wait for the replay to listen on the web.  Although Xiosoft is not a free option it is easy to navigate and has a really professional service.
